Meet Annelie Riippa, the director who stepped into her role during the pandemic and chose to rebuild not just a hotel, but a culture. Through leadership, structure and genuine care, she helped shape The Vault into what it is today; warm, personal and quietly refined. Originally from the north of Sweden, Annelie found her way to Skåne because of love and stayed to build something new. What she loves most about Helsingborg? “The magnificent stone buildings, the sea, the walks… it reminds me of my hometown Sundsvall up north – but spring arrives earlier here, and I love that.” Annelie is smiling.
